Audience: Secondary Students
Climate change is the biggest challenge facing the planet and all living things on it (including us). This workshop is designed to learn how to harness wind power. Each group will manipulate small eoliennes and wind blowers to see which parameters affect their electricity conversion. The students will calculate the power of their wind turbine.
Pencils and calculators needed.
Duration: 1,5h
2 sessions: 9.30 and 11.30 on Tuesday 4th March
