Audience: Post-Primary Students

Hydraulics and pneumatics are important in engineering. While hydraulics is the use of liquids, usually oil to transmit power, pneumatics uses compressed air to control and transmit power in automated systems and robotics.

Participants will learn about sensors, actuators, valves and flow control and use these mechanisms to create circuits to control devices in an industrial setting.
